Terms and Conditions of Service for Hero Auto Detailing
1. Scheduling and Cancellations
1.1. Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
1.2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the $50 deposit.
No-shows will forfeit the entire deposit.
1.3. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their appointment without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
2. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
2.1. Accurate Description: Customers are required to provide an accurate description of their vehicle's condition when booking an appointment.
2.2. Additional Charges: If the actual condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the description provided, Hero Auto Detailing reserves the right to:
Adjust the service price accordingly
Reschedule the appointment if additional time is required
Cancel the appointment and retain the deposit if the discrepancy is severe
2.3. Examples of Significant Discrepancies:
Excessive pet hair or dirt not disclosed at booking
Severe stains or odors not mentioned
Extensive exterior damage or contamination not described
3. Service Delivery
3.1. Time Estimates: Service duration estimates are approximate and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle.
3.2. Right to Refuse: Hero Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle's condition poses a health or safety risk to our staff.
4. Payment
4.1. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
4.2. Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options.
5. Customer Property
5.1. Personal Items: Hero Auto Detailing is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before the service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1. Quality Assurance: If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: Hero Auto Detailing's liability is limited to the cost of the detailing service provided.
7.2. Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Updates: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
